Parking Space on Mulberry Close, NR3

Very safe and secure parking and a 10 minute walk back to the City Centre. I drove around until I realised that you enter through COSLANY STREET, which leads you into Mulberry Close. The space was very easy to find (because of the photos provided). I was very happy :)

A very handy location for town. Quite tricky to find initially but once there I found it to be the perfect spot, and felt that my car was safe and secure. Will certainly use this driveway again if I'm ever visiting Norwich in the future.

one way system made location a bit difficult, but once there easy peasy and a nice secure site. Photographs were helpful and a good central location will book again if need arises

i had booked this space for 0730 on 2nd September - I had used it a few times before with no problems. When I arrived there was another vehicle in the space. I tried to call the mobile for Sacha but it went to message service so I left a message. I never heard back. I'm e mailed to see if there was a reason for this before leaving negative comments but 48 hours later I still haven't heard back. I had to pay to park somewhere else all day and obviously lost the £3.80. I was also late to prepare for an important day at work. Not the standard I would expect from Justpark. I have used the service at various airports and other parking spaces in Norwich and have never had this problem (without any explanation) before.
