Parking on Victoria Road, NN1

I found the address but there were no spaces marked. The area was very large, but I was not comfortable just leaving my car anywhere in case I was clamped! I pushed the buzzer for apartment 3 but there was no reply. I telephoned your help line and the agent phoned the owner. There was no reply. I had to leave my vehicle in a space in the road as I could not afford being late for my hospital appointment. I would appreciate a refund of my booking, please. Thank you

I am not even sure I found the parking space, there was not any parking space clearly marked with a 3 that I could see.

The space was perfect. Just what I needed except that it was parking spot 3 but nothing was numbered. Customer service however was not good. I had a problem and needed to get in touch with someone. Everything is automated and it kept directing Mr to website however it would not accept my password which was correct. I finally found phone number but again that was automated and again directed me to website. It said call owner but to do that again I had to access website.i was in hospital at the time and all this caused me additional stress.

Good big parking space, easy to find.

Great parking space for my Ford Transit Connect van. I will happily book again the next time I need to park in this area of Northampton.

I was visiting the hospital and read that there was limited parking there. This JustPark space was the perfect solution. Is literally over the road from the hospital.
