both terminals were not working, so downloaded app to pay. put details in and pressed pay. but app said an error occurred so didn't know if I had payed or not. tried a few times but kept saying same error message. had to leave the car park but was worried about it as couldn't see if id payed or not.

The machines don't work so tried phoning and down loading the app. When I phoned it didn't let me put I the time I arrived so I couldn't pay correct amount

Not one single ticket machine worked very stressful as I am bc a career and was with my client it took us ages to pay for our ticket which was £1.20 I had to enter all sorts of information especially my credit card which I am afraid to use in a machine in a car park very disappointed

The payment machine never works the app is inefficient does not know what time you arrived. This is a distressed purchase. DO NOT USE THEM unless you have no option

I use this car park because my gym is in the building, so I get 3 hours free parking. Sometimes I need to pay excess parking but recently all payment machines are out of order and I have trouble logging onto the internet (weak signal) so have to phone them each time. Sometimes takes 30 minutes to get through!! So annoying, I just want to pay for my parking!!
