Asda North Shields Car Park

cannot comment on the security of the car park

Parked for three weeks.All well on return

Was a little anxious about parking at a supermarket but the other reviews were positive, it's only a small parking lot but it worked well, bear in mind that there is a barrier that goes down after the store closes and opens again at 7:30 in the morning. I've already booked for another time there.

Great place to park when using the DFDS ferry. I left car there for 5 days. Just be aware the barrier does come down when the store closes it's not 24 hour but that didn't matter to us. Security very helpful at the store. Taxi only cost £6 to ferry terminal in which the security guard ordered for me.

I arrived at Asda car park and the said max one hour and would not let me park there. Can you explain? Mike Beesley

I was slightly concerned about the security/safety of the location whether or not justifiably.

Just that had to ask Asda staff because car park entrance signage hard to locate Once found, no problem and excellent value for money

We were surprised how small the car park was for an Asda but we went inside and we were reassured by staff anywhere was OK and there was a barrier on the entrance at night. Car was safe and no issues

This space was perfect and the car was as we left it! Would recommend.
