Paying for the time spent would've been easier at the ticket booth , the app was still 'loading ' an hour AFTER I had used the space !!

Traffic Watdens are still ineffective, as they concentrate on the motorists that are parked , as opposed to those who are parked on Canal Street, impeding traffic flow, unbelievable
