I was charged for a full 2 hour park but was only there 15 minutes and closed the parking

Terrible parking, the attendants are very pushy about where to park and how to park and give 29.2 seconds to get the parking number from the machine before slapping a ticket on the statue of the Arsenal goalkeeper as a sign of dominance in the parking wars they initiate.
I find the most difficult thing about parking in Newry is the electronic drones the council send around to drop cow dung on your car if you haven't got a ticket, even if you have they drop it again as a show of dominance.

Parking was fine however parking cost me 49p on my receipt however my bank account says £1.70 pending how come if this is going on I'll not use just parking again
