Need to know
Drive to the terminal and go through the inspection area - this will automatically scan your car and record its condition so you can be sure it'll be returned exactly as you left it. Park your car and hand your keys over at the customer service centre and a fully-qualified driver will park your car for you.
Walk the sheltered walkway to check-in, which takes 2 minutes.
Your car will be parked in an allocated bay on return for collection.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Knowing your car is safe and not having to walk far to collect it makes the process of returning a lot easier. All the staff I encountered were fabulous...a bit of banter and a smile from everyone I met. Would definitely reccomend to all.

It was very convenient as a short distance from the terminal but when we returned the hand brake in the car was not on which could have been a problem as it moved when we put cases in the boot. Luckily we noticed it before it moved too far forward.
