Code in the App wasn't updated but quick message to the owners on whats app and code sent within 10mins will happily use in future

Code didn't work. Called just park and was sat on the phone for 25 minutes trying to get it to work. Only got in as someone else was leaving

Access code worked on arrival, the access between the gates was very snug, however the site was secure, well lit and central. We attempted to leave on a Tuesday morning after a Bank Holiday Monday. The booking information said a new access code would be sent as it changes each Monday. I didn't receive any communication from anyone and the emergency contact information just resulted in a recorded message saying that there was no one available to help. After an hour or more my son vaulted the wall of the next door access road and then lowered himself down to the exit key pad of our parking, entered the code to allow us to enter to retrieve our car. Disappointing communication resulted in an hour delay

Very good central location, however very narrow access and very small spaces which were hard to get in and out of.

The code for the keypad was incorrect. Took c. 7 mins for an agent to respond and was then unable to provide the correct code. An employee of the site admitted me so that I could make my meeting in time but then had the same problem retrieving my car later in the day. After 30 mins trying to get the correct code for the gates, another agent was still unable to provide the correct code. The agent said they could provide no further assistance and gave me a landline number to contact the property who were thankfully very understanding and helpful. I finally left the car park 45 minutes after returning for my car.
