This is parking lot in the Heart of Newcastle City Centre. It is an allocated space number 20 in Resident Parking area (please see pictures).
It is right behind Eldon Garden (back of Eldon Square) shopping mall in the heart of Newcastle City Centre and about 1 minute walk to St James Park football stadium and Haymarket Station.
Update as of 15 Sept 2020: Following feedback, I have removed 1 pole on left, so Big Car (see Blue Vauxhall Vectra in picture) can park.
also, I've provided more pictures for direction to get into Resident Parking car spaces area.
Please note that the car space has lockable Pole and the car space is in the Resident Parking area (see sign as in attached picture) of where you must be able to see several Big Black Bins in the corner.
Please note that there is £50 Refundable Damage Deposit for the lockable pole & key to ensure the key will be returned at the end of renting period and to ensure only authorised person (you) can park in the space. not random person in the area.
If you don't wish to pay refundable deposit, I can unlock the lockable pole 1 Day Before your start date, as I don't live in the property. But, it's at your own risk if random person park in the space when you arrive.

Rubbish do not book as the space renter has rented the flat out and space I only found this out when I turned up and rung them as the pole was up he left me high and dry luckily I used utilita arena car park still chasing refund.

Excellent place to park and best price for the location. CCTV looking over the car park. People complained before about bollards but there is only one now instead of 2 so it’s no trouble getting parked. Highly recommend

Great parking spot, great location, maybe a little bit difficult to find but using google maps was easy, only thing is awkward is how small the spaces are, if spaces were bigger would be 5 stars

Great location - only 5 minute walk into the city centre.
Perfect for a very large car (Land rover Discovery) as no tight corners for scraping your alloys! The directions and postcode were great and made it very easy to find. It felt secure and our car was perfect overnight.
