This is an easy-to-locate and easy-access parking space. The owner communicated well via text, and was very patient with me overrunning my agreed collection time by two hours due to complications on the train back to Newark from Kings Cross.
I would be pleased to make use of this space again. Using it also saved me £7.30 in parking charges, as I only paid £5.70 (via the app) and the station car park (NCP) would've been £13.
