The Parking is available at the back of 23 Abbotsbury Road (Sevacare) to be accessed via Morden Hall Road (A297). The space is located on the back yard of 23 Abbotsbury Road (Sevacare).
Sevacare is our (Quantum Securities Ltd's) tenant.
They have right to park two cars and the we own the remaining yard.
We suggest you inform them, if they are open, that you are parking on site so that you can take out your vehicle easily when you need to.
If you are parking early in the morning and Sevacare is not open just to be on the safe side please park infront of metal staircase leaving some room for our upstairs tenant to pass by.

Upon arrival, the space was occupied.
The parking space is in a dark alley with cars with flat tyres and broken windows. Would not recommend.
