The person posting this add does not own the space he is advertising.
A resident of a flat stopped and questioned me as to why I was parking in her space. And informed me that all the spaces are individual to each flat.
I asked the resident at number 53 (the person posting this advert) to clarify which space was his. He was unable to and just said to park anywhere.
Ended up spending £25 for a public car park.
