Clear instructions how to find the right area. I was lucky enough to find a space close to the lift to the main concourse of the station. My car was kept safely for me - the whole process was easy, stress free, and well worth it. I will definitely be using them again.

Good parking but needs to be clearer signs and directions to parking as we were driving around for about 20 minutes looking for the correct parking lot.

Hi we are home now. When we first arrived to park the car .your instructions were for car park 2 . However no car park is officially car park 2. I did enquire. Train station staff never heard of it . So not sure if I used correct car park .if I get a letter .I'll be in touch thanks

Despite being called car park 2, there was no indication of where this was, and Google maps and the emailed destination were different. I felt so unsure about leaving my car I just bought a normal parking ticket instead. As a first time parking my car alone as a young driver, this was really disappointing and quite frightening to leave your car behind. Glad I bought the RingGo close by, it was only 10 pounds for the day. This was also my first time using this service and I am not convinced I’ll use it again.

The reviews made the parking spot unclear. There was no confirmation of the unique code & barriers have since been removed with only Ringo signage on entrance. A phone call to confirm my reservation was still valid was answered quickly & on a Sunday morning with verbal confirmation that the smart parking sign was valid with both Just park and Ringo. But there were plenty of spaces to park and could pay on the day anyway for similar cost of £4 all day.
If confirmation was clearer without confusing one star reviews to confirm the correct location as I was anyway according to GPS then would rate this 5 stars. Good location, reasonable cost for secured spot. Better signage or confirmation of the parking code 21587 on sign would be clearer.
If 1 star reviews were from people parking before entrance on council 9691 spaces then they deserve a fine, but £5 for all day Sunday there & there happened to be plenty of spaces available too.
Some people might be confused with opposing car park 1 as looks similar on passing and may incur a fine then there.
GPS satnav & phone maps should clarify the correct location and I have hopefully taken all the evidence required for any future correspondence just in case....

We could not find the carpark we had booked to park in amongst the many car parks around Milton Keynes station. When we eventually found what we thought was the right carpark (the name of the carpark did not match and there were no JustPark signs or carpark ID numbers, only RingGo) there were no spaces left despite our advanced booking so we had to park (and pay) elsewhere.
