The booking led us to believe we had a reserved parking space. This is not the case. There was no available space for the time we booked and paid.

Absolute rubbish- turned up on time but car park was full, no spaces. Went into hotel to ask where to park and they were completely dismissive. Apparently the car park doesn't belong to them, has nothing to do with them and they can only suggest asking for a refund. Total joke, don't bother using.
