WARNING Please note there are 2 different Travis Street Car Parks. both run by different parking companies. One visually opposite The Leonardo Hotel and the other approx 100 yards away close to Marriot Hotel. This is incredibly confusing. I booked with Just Park and thankfully worked out which was the correct place to park first on arrival without going in and triggering cameras. But this DUPLICATION NEEDS SORTING OUT urgently by better signage to prevent unwanted parking fines being incurred !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would suggest a large Just Park logo is put on the large P sign on Travis Street Parking that way it would avoid any confusion with the one close by. If this was done I would re rate at 5 Star. I hope this makes sense.

Communication was excellent.
Location was not great. When I left my car ~ I hoped it was not going to be broken into! The car park is very open and down a side road which is easily accessed by anyone walking past. It did not help seeing freshly shattered glass in the spot I parked next to.
In fact, instead of staying over night in Manchester. We decided to check out of the hotel I paid £145 for overnight stay. We drove back to Milton Keynes and arrived at 3.30am.
But the car was perfect.
It is unnerving to be asked if you want to pay extra in insurance before leaving your car. As soon as we arrived, I thought, yes this could be an insurance claim.
As I said we left after our concert at the COOP Live - checked out and went home. No real stress but my actions were a conciquence of the worry over the parking location.

I paid for my parking as I always do and now I'm being threatened to be taken to court for no reason, no one will answer the phone to explain why I'm being charged, I've got proof that I've paid and I've sent it to you but it's been completely ignored this place is a scam
