Parking on Towcester Close, M4

Perfect location for Co-op Live Venue or the Etihad Stadium just a short walk and your there. You can even use the tram if required again just a short distance from the property. Excellent host, immediately put worries at ease when contacted and appreciated the help provided despite arriving later than planned. It was a wonderful gig, made even better that we avoided any heavy traffic returning home. Would have no hesitation using again and highly recommended.

Great parking for the Coop arena. 2 mins walk to Holt Town tram stop. 10 mins walk max from there to the arena or a tram. Thank you!

Very good location!

It's about 10-15 mins walk to Man City stadium (probably could do it quicker if you were not walking along with the crowds). Felt very safe and plenty of space. A bit biased because we used to live in this house at the time they were building the stadium so an added piece of nostalgia for me to show my son. So for that reason I'd give it 6 stars!

Parking was perfect for stadium, 7 min slow walk . Great cafe on the way , greeted by Owners dad . Really nice man and even better MUFC ... fan
