RCP - Thompson Street Car Park

The best way to park.

BEWARE! - there are multiple car parks along the same road and the signage is shocking. All are called Thompson Street so it's really difficult to find the right car park. The spaces on all of them are really narrow and it gets super busy so expect to not have a space to park in after 7pm on a weekend

I reserved and paid for a space for 02 October 2025, upon arrival, there were no spaces. I waited 10 minutes but no traffic moved. No answer to the given phone number, I therefore had to find another car park and paid a further £16 to park. Not knowing Manchester at all, this was extremely frustrating, worrying and annoying, as I was there for a business meeting. I won't be recommending or using JustPark again. There's obviously no control over the booking system, allowing for the taking of people's money without any assurance or guarantee as to the provision of service. I feel as though I've been conned and I seriously doubt that even if this review is read, I won't be offered an apology, let alone a refund.

Excellent service, parking closed to venue literally 5 mins walk away, sat nav took us straight to it and reasonably priced.

Got to the car park and no spaces left. Another lady was in the same,situation no spaces. The only number on the signage was to pay for a space.

Simple and worked as it should!

I used the latitude and longitude coordinates to get to my carpark in Manchester city centre. I arrived at a carpak and the pictures didn't look right. I double checked and it was the wrong carpark. I used the name and road of the carpark I had booked, and put that into my satnav (Google Maps) and it took me to the correct carpark, a few streets away. The pictures were correct this time. So, check you are at the correct location before you occupy any empty space, which is what the instructions said. It could have been an expensive mistake. Other than that, it was good and the walk to our hotel was easy.

Pre booked the parking and turned up on the day no one managing the gate and no spaces to park so had to drive round Manchester to then find a space and pay for parking again! And can’t find no way to get a refund

Carpark was easy to find and the online booking was very easy to navigate. The carpark however didn't have a space available when I arrived even though the space was prebooked, I had to wait for someone else to leave to get parked.

Parking was ok for me but the car next to mine had it's window put out and items stolen from it.
