A neighbour initially prevented us from parking the car. She (resident of Apt 9) insisted that this was a private car park and it was illegal for me to park here. She said she would call the authorities on us for parking here. I showed her the proof of parking purchase but she was adamant that I was breaking the law and said she would be taking pictures of the car and complaining to the authorities.
