Safe area. Managed to foy my Vivaro vanon there no problem. It does take 30 minutes to walk to the CO OP Live arena but it's well worth it.

all very easy. quiet location but easy 15 minute walk to co-op live/ethiad. No traffic after the concert either from there :)
