You will require a fob to enter. The fob requires a (cash or transfer) deposit of £20 which will be fully refunded upon return of the fob. The deposit is how much it costs to replace a fob should it be lost.

We thought it was a bit of a con to charge for parking in a visitor’s car park, the parking place for the owner of the flat was occupied by a taxi and we were not given the code for the gate. Decided to park on the road side only 7 mins walk from Manchester Arena for free!

Well organised parking and the place is easy to locate. It's especially perfect if you have a show in the AO Arena as you will avoid being stuck in traffic after the show.
