Parking on Sheen Gardens, M22

Absolutely awful experience, the gentleman didn't meet us at the agreed time, didn't pick up phone calls and also gave the wrong flat number, we had a flight to catch and we were incredibly panicked! Luckily some flat owners let us in, they were very shocked as residents aren't meant to rent out the spaces.

Parking was for 1pm called and arranged to 14.30 I arrived at 14.10 and waited .No one came called several times was going to be another 45minutes , so i had to ask a resident to let me in to no avail . When some left I entered , then I was stuck in the car park I couldn’t get out , no answer when I was call for lock code , had to wait for a resident to let me out , who was very suspicious of me after showing my parking reservation I was let out. If I’d known it was going to be late I wouldn’t of waited and I would’ve left made my own way in to start off with. I was in such a rush to get to the airport as I’ve lost nearly 2 hours of time and only just made it to the plane. On the return I returned early on Wednesday I called I was told that wouldn’t be a problem I will be there and was local I rang from the airport when landed I arrived at the parking nobody there called him and said he was still in terminal one so again I couldn’t get in the parking lot. In summary I’m put off I’m parking in this manner there is absolutely no no confidence whatsoever that the person where is the parking well actually turn up .Absolutely never again I was so stressed at the beginning trying to park the car and even when I came to collect the car nobody was there. Read into this what you would and your choice whether you should choose to park or not . I hope you do not have the same issues I experienced never again it will be NCP all the time now regardless whether it cost more money not live the confidence that there’s going to be somebody there NCP was going to be someone there to take me to the airport.
