Parking on Saxon Street, M40

Arrived to find 2 cars already parked on the drive and no answer when knocking or calling the host mobile. The neighbours informed us that the host is on holiday and it's their cars on the drive. We had this space booked for a music concert and ended up paying a fee again in another place. Fortunately there was space. Will definitely not recommended this very unreliable host.

Excellent no complaints will use again

Very handy for the Etihad, but before you book you need to be aware that there are two spaces, one behind the other. If you arrive first then you will need to park at the back of the drive so another car can park in front of you. This was not really clear until I made the booking and received the instructions from the owner. Unfortunately I did not park at the back and the owner called me back to move my car to allow the second car to park. I had to ask a steward to let me out of the ground, and then I had to walk back to the car and move it which took around 25 minutes. The parking space is also quite tight. I have a mid size car and it was just okay. I would not recommend this for an SUV or large car. As I said, it's very handy for the Etihad and reasonably priced. But I would not book it again due to the arrangements with two cars parking on the same drive end to end. It's not great and you can end up trapped at the back waiting for another car to move before you can leave.

Etihad close by will definitely use this space again
