We couldn't get access to the gate and tried contacting the number provided in the access instructions to gain the fob but we had no answer. We left a text message and also rang and no one returned out call. The number wouldn't even ring out, it just cut us off straight away. We found alternative parking so a full refund will be expected. Poor service indeed.

Turned up to park my car rang the mobile number I was given to get the entry code someone answered hung up then turned they’re phone off.
