Excellent - a 5-star experience

Owner had double booked the parking space and so no available space for me. Claiming "unsure how this has happened". The only reason for the two stars above one, is the female owner of the space provided me with a parking permit and was both apologetic and polite about it. However I did not pay £10 to park my car on the street in an unknown area.
