Arrived and could not use space as someone parked in the space...had to park elsewhere but turned out cheaper

Rubbish, car in allocated space, no reply from contact number (still not heard back) and cheaper parking in the multi-storey around the corner. Don't use.

Arrived at the space and it was occupied, flat owner not in, JustPark office closed (6.03pm). Found a car park next to the hotel 2 quid cheaper. Useless.

Tom provided excellent communication and the parking space was perfect for a day's shopping and browsing around the Northern Quarter.

Very disappointed. I wasn't able to find the place as there was no reply to my phone call or the text I sent. I certainly won't be using the service again.
