Parking on Paxton Place, M11

The parking spaces were not numbered so it was a small car park with about 7 spaces. 2 of which were outside the back of houses and 5 that were general. There was only 1 space available so pulled into it and the lady in that house came out and told me that it was her space for her car so I couldn't park there. She told me that she had an ongoing issue of people parking at her house due to this parking spot yet was not receiving anything for it. I was understanding and asked her where this spot was and she said any of the free ones not outside the houses. I told her that id driven a long way and she was incredibly kind and let me use her parking spot. I would absolutely avoid this spot in the future for any events at the etihad as a communal parking spot is being rented out, that could be taken and could have been free and in this case was taken. Very poor and very unhappy.

Parking in good location and easy to find. Behind a gate so safe, had a bit of trouble with the gate on exit but worked fine after a couple of attempts. The spaces are not numbered, I asked the owner for which space to use prior to arrival but this space was not free when I arrived. I used another space in the courtyard and did not have any issues. I think the owner needs to make it clear which is his space to offer and ensure this is available for use. Contact with the owner prior to leaving was a little difficult as my first message was ignored, therefore not sure how responsive he would be if there was an issue or no space. Overall not a problem with parking last night.

Had problems parking here before with exactly where to park. Yesterday parked but was infront of someone's house which I was worried about . I messaged the owner of booking if I was ok to park here but NO reply . Next thing a lady came out and said you shouldn't park there as it's my space and the guy who rents spaces should not be doing it or give out the code for the gate . The lady said his space was occupied by a large white van . This guy was home as his doors were open to his property but couldn't be arsed to reply to me . I've cancelled future bookings at this space so book at your wish lol . I definitely won't be as poor service and clearly the guy is advertising spaces that are not his

Worked like clockwork. 10 minute walk to Etihad and space was super safe

Very good, safe parking space, good instructions, really quick walk through to the Etihad Stadium and avoided all of the queues out of the car park

Terrible experience: parked in private spot and home owner was not happy!

The Parking was secure and access was fine however, there was no house number on the bay to park in. Spoke to a neighbour who did say it has caused issues previously but told me i would be fine parking where i had. Make it clear where you can park.
