The place was easy to find, parking off road, 20 minute walk from the Etihad Stadium, I have made a note for the next time I visit the Etihad Stadium as I will use again.
The only issue was the next door neighbour they came out and told me I could not park where I had, having explain I had paid to park they went away seemingly not very happy

Absolutely fantastic hosts. Less than 15 mins walk to the Etihad which was great. Easy walk to the tram to get into Piccadilly. Car was parked in an enclosed gated car park. Would highly recommend A* service :-)

Parking was as described with the host available and happy to assist me with finding the address and opening the locked gates at about 11.15 at night after the concert had ended
