I booked this space for my brother who is disabled and struggles with smart phones. When he arrived at the address he met with the owner who refused to let him park there. My brother thought the property owners were Spanish but couldn't be sure. He found it difficult to converse with them but they were adamant that he couldn't use the space. I would like to make a claim for full reimbursement of the cost. How do I do this please?
