This is a single space, flat driveway that fits any car or van. When you are driving through Landos Road from Butler Street, there is a road called George Stringer VC Drive on the Right hand side. Parking place is situated opposite to George Stringer VC Drive which is for house number 27 Landos Road., parking space is about 10 - 15 minutes walk to Manchester Piccadilly and the City Centre.
Easy Accessibility - The Etihad Stadium and Manchester Velodrome: walking (15 minutes approx) or by taking the metrolink from the New Islington tram stop: walking (10 minutes approx) walk via the New Islington Marina. Arena is just 10-15 mins walk which is also close to Victoria Train Station.
Taxi costs roughly between £3-£4 to the city center (dependent upon time and location)... Or walk 10 mins to Holt Town Tram Stop.
The space is available 24 hours on all days.

Great safe parking spot for both Manchester city centre and the football, if you don't mind a walk....we walked into the city in the morning and then back from the Etihad after the game.
Maybe I should.mention it was a baking hot day, but still, would definitely use again....getting away after the game was a breeze.....we were heading to North of the city (Heaton Park) and avoided all of the stadium traffic whereas I had previously sat in 1 and a half hours of stationary traffic to get to the motorway.

Fantastic, easy to find and convenient. After searching for other car parks and seeing how expensive/unsafe they were, we definitely felt more comfortable leaving our car here. Would recommend and use again. Thank you!

Very easy to find , van felt safe , fitted perfect, only 15 mins walk to etihad, space owner very friendly and helpful, will definitely book again
