Car Park on Jersey Street, M4

Gate was padlocked, could not enter the car park and could not get hold of owner. Would appreciate a refund.

I booked this parking to attend a concert at Etihad Stadium. As I wanted to arrive at 5am in the morning of the day of the concert I selected this particular parking space as it allowed me to select a time I wished to arrive. I booked the space from 5am. My confirmation stated I should "park as you please on the day of booking". When I arrived at 6am, the space was locked, I rang Mr Shah who was rude and unhelpful telling me that the parking space did not open until midday. I was then forced to find alternative parking until midday when I then had to return to move my vehicle. The parking space is incorrectly advertised and I wish to be compensated the £5.00 I incurred for additional parking from 6am until midday. I would like a response to this email asap

DO NOT PARK HERE! It's an absolute rip off where you basically park on a waste land. It is not manned or secure as it is described and expected by spending this amount of money. It is not close to the stadium in any way and you even have to walk through a dodgy area. I have tried contacting the owner and he has not responded at all which is never a good sign. Locals even stated that we were "robbed" and the car park is renowned for break ins. There are plenty of parking in Manchester that only costs £2 so I would recommend everyone to avoid this carpark and go elsewhere!!

The car park had security lights but no sign of any cameras so was a bit risky as the car park was down a back alley type street and the gates were left open. the good points are its was only a short 20min walk from Etihad stadium and we missed all the heavy traffic getting out as its away from all the other car parks, so we got out of manchester pretty quick. we would defo use again if they installed some security cameras.

20 minute walk to Etihad stadium. No problems at all and straight out after concert with no traffic hold ups. Would use again.

Good descriptions to find parking. Took 20/25 mins to walk to Etihad depending on how fast you walk! Avoided most of bus traffic parking here.

Did not have a problem with the parking. The area was lit, but there was no cctv and and no security. Gates left open, so anyone could walk in.

Not knowing the area we booked this parking space for peace of mind. We needed to know we'd be OK to get to the Robbie concert without a problem. Booking was easy - as was finding the car park. As a party of girls we did feel a little vulnerable en-route to the stadium - which was a good 15 mins away. Once on foot we did regret not having the confidence to just drive up and find somewhere - there seemed to be lots of places advertising parking for less and closer to the event. - but as I said I guess we paid for that peace of mind - knowing it was all sorted for reasonable cost of £15. The walk back to the car was miserable due to heavy rain, but we did clear the crowds quickly and had no problem finding the car, and no traffic issues either - we were well clear of stadium traffic. Would I use this again? - maybe!

The additional directions provided were very useful. Parking as described, plenty of room, cars were not crammed or blocked in. From leaving the car to standing on the pitch at Eithad Stadium took 30 minutes. Walk was well lit on our return so was the car park. Would use again.

I booked this space to go and see robbie at man city ground. I didn't use this space as it was down a back ally like street, it had disused buildings around it, and both my friend and I would not have felt safe walking to and from there, especially in the dark, plus very expensive parking considering where it was, and what it looked like.
