Parking space on James Brindley Basin, M1

Getting in was easy: the gates were being painted, so they were open! Getting out, though (in the rain) proved difficult as code 02137 simply wasn't working. In desperation, and before knocking on someone's door, I tried the entry code: 2137: bingo! Also, the "very faint" numbers indicating parking slots have now completely faded. Perhaps they're on the painters' to-do list? Otherwise, though, a great place to park. Thank you.

Very handy for Piccadilly Station area. Very helpful owner. A bit difficult to locate on Sat Nav. Good value and very secure!

Easy to find the space, and no issues using the code on the gate to get in or out. Only downside was that the area was a bit dimly lit when returning to the space at night. Prompt and helpful comms with owner as well to arrange parking.

First time I have used and certainly won't be the last

Unfortunately neither the original keycode, nor the one sent late the previous night would operate the car park and we couldn't gain access. We are thankful that the owner offered to repay our charge, however it made catching our train very stressful and I'm not sure we would risk it again, Maybe we would try to check it out personally with the owner a few days before.

Lovely location to leave car felt very safe leaving it there, Only issue was when we arrived the access codes had been changed and the ones sent to me were wrong so had to call Owner up. Thankfully he answered and gave me correct codes.

Great for the train station. Secure gated car park so peace of mind if your going away for the weekend.
