It is located on Olympic street, black gates in between a set of houses, if you are facing the sign saying holly street and the railway track then it’s on your left but if you have just come off holly street then it’s on your right, secure car park, only residents have the codes, 2 min walk to bus stop to city centre, 10 min walk to Piccadilly train station and 10 min walk to the etihad stadium

Sadly the code we were given to access the secure car park didn't work. We had no telephone number to phone and the young boy at the property had trouble understanding English.
I managed to persuade a neighbour to help with the gates so we could get to our car!

A complete con don't waste you money booking this space. It does not exist nor does the contact number for the owner!!!

bit of confusion on arrival as house number 2 reference is not the parking gate shown in the images its the opposite set of houses? when calling the number provided nobody answered , ended up knocking the door of number 2 and the guys renting this place gave us the code for the parking behind house number 2

Convenient but not much cheaper then official car park - especially if you have 2/3 of you.

could not get into parking space as gate code didn't work, didn't hear back from owner in time, had to find alternative parking at an extra cost if £15, owner did later get back to me and offer a refund but heard nothing since
