Parking on Haveley Road, M22

I booked the parking in the driveway, which showed me that I will have a driveway to park, there will be a cctv coverage and I was given a picture of the driveway and that it was only 7 minutes walk from the airport. But once I got there, there was no driveway for 75 Havely Road in front of the house. There was an array of houses with driveway in front and all had cars parked there. I had to knock on the door to find out where was I suppose to park. I was told by the lady that I had to park on the road, half on the curb and half on the road, furthermore she informed me that it wasn't her website. So as I was only a couple of hours from my flight, I had no choice but to leave my car as instructed. I also discovered that it wasn't a 7 minutes walk but 47 minutes walk from the airport. So I had to take a taxi to and from the airport. I feel like I have been cheated. I felt like I had dumped my car in a random street. There was no cctv, there was no after care, and there was no driveway to park in. I would like to report this particular person for misrepresentation and falsehood. I took some pictures where I parked my car that I need to share to investigate this matter. I would like to request a full refund and that the person advertised ought to be remove from this sight. I anxiously await your reply.
