Parking on Great Bridgewater Street, M1

car in space when I arrived and a handwritten message to say it is not available for booking! trying to get refund at the moment. very poor!

Really disappointed in this experience. This is the second time we have parked in this area. First time was a huge success hence why we decided to use again. Unfortunately when we arrived there was a car parked in the parking bay with a note in the window stating the owner doesn't have authority to rent the space out. Tried to contact the owner. Ended up parking in the local NCP at £23! Owner did call me back to apologise. I am still waiting on a response from customer service on a refund.

Someone was parked in the space, unable to reach space owner had to park elsewhere at an additional cost. No contact after even texting asking for a refund will have to discuss with customer services again.

Bit hard to find but otherwise excellent

Perfect. Safe, secure and such a good location. Takes the pressure out of searching round for car park spaces. Highly recommend

Little bit confusing finding the space initially. Suggest state turn left once through the gates into car park space.

there was someone else parked in the space when we arrived. called the owner who answered call quickly and advised on another space to park on the pavement opposite which was luckily free.

Fantastic car space and easy to access Really pleased with the parking and absolutely value for money
