Avoid AT ALL COST Poor and confusing signage meant that we parked the car on the basement level not the lower basement. I received a parking fine which I have refused to pay. The parking company have sent this to the small claims court where I am prepared to argue that the signage is both confusing and poorly placed.

difficult to navigate around parking-quite tight but then massive spaces, door open code didn't work, door open button in the app didn't work.

Arrived at the carpark but the entry code did not work. We were not the only people having this problem. Due to our arrival time your help seat was not operating, thankfully people were coming out and we managed to get in. I had to call customer support to get a new access code once you were open. Also the car park was very difficult to manoeuvre around and extremely tight in places.

Open barrier facility didn't work. PIN number was incorrect. Help number didn't work initially and took several attempts to get a response. Barrier opened on an updated PIN. Spaces extremely tight for a Skoda Octavia. Had the car park been busier, we very likely would not have been able to park. Car park did seem secure and it was relatively easy to find.

The shtter door to the car park would not open and the supplied code to open the shutter would not open it either.

Could not get in . Had to call customer services . Wrong codes given . Very poorly marked . Lack of signage . Couldn’t find the button to get out . Very very tight monoverin g . Had to reverse at 2 corners to get the correct line to get through . And the scuffed alloys. And was £10 more than the NCP . Don’t bother unless you’re on a scooter .

like many others experienced, raise shutter via app doesn't work, and neither does the code, we got in eventually because we got an emergency code off someone coming out who'd rang the helpline, once inside, DO NOT

The shutter gate code had been changed and the instructions wasn't updated.

Had trouble getting into the car park. The pin code provided by JustPark didn't work, nor did the "Open Grill" button in the app. When I phoned support they took 7 minutes to answer and provided a pin code that worked. Why didn't JustPark just include the correct code in the first place? Why didn't the app work? When you're holding up traffic trying to get into car park, waiting 7 minutes for someone to answer the phone is a long time.

Parking is easy to find but we struggled to get in. Neither the app or code worked, we got lucky as pedestrians were leaving so we got in. Now, I don't have a particularly big car (nissan juke) but I have to say it was veeerrry tight. Definitely not for the faint hearted. It was easy to exit on foot and by car but when we were walking back to our car we couldn't get in again so we had to call the number but we were quickly sent a code to get in. All in all good, maybe I'll park here again but it was very claustrophobic, I can't imagine parking there when it's busy. I parked for about an hour between 8 and 9pm on a Tuesday for reference.
