like many others experienced, raise shutter via app doesn't work, and neither does the code, we got in eventually because we got an emergency code off someone coming out who'd rang the helpline, once inside, DO NOT

The shutter gate code had been changed and the instructions wasn't updated.

Had trouble getting into the car park. The pin code provided by JustPark didn't work, nor did the "Open Grill" button in the app. When I phoned support they took 7 minutes to answer and provided a pin code that worked. Why didn't JustPark just include the correct code in the first place? Why didn't the app work? When you're holding up traffic trying to get into car park, waiting 7 minutes for someone to answer the phone is a long time.

Parking is easy to find but we struggled to get in. Neither the app or code worked, we got lucky as pedestrians were leaving so we got in. Now, I don't have a particularly big car (nissan juke) but I have to say it was veeerrry tight. Definitely not for the faint hearted. It was easy to exit on foot and by car but when we were walking back to our car we couldn't get in again so we had to call the number but we were quickly sent a code to get in. All in all good, maybe I'll park here again but it was very claustrophobic, I can't imagine parking there when it's busy. I parked for about an hour between 8 and 9pm on a Tuesday for reference.

Easy to find and great location but the barrier didn't work on entry or exit! Tried the in-app button, the code, and the calling system- no answer. Luckily there was someone who eventually came past who could let us in but I don't know what we would have done without.

It was very tight manoeuvring other than that it was ok

Not a great place if you have a big car. Was very tight getting around the place,had to reverse and turn a few times. Caught bottom of car going up ramp. Good location and very secure. Easy to find.

Too many pillars and extremely tight access routes

The entrance to the car park was so steep that my car became stuck and scraped over the threshold same on the exit. In the car park I was told to park on the lower level and the ramp down was same thing again and I have scraped the bottom of my car on the threshold of that ramp and in addition the front bumper was scrapped due to the steepness of the ramps. Will never use just park again and will be posting my poor experience so as other people don’t get their cars damaged.

The ramp was to steep and my car couldn't make it down without ripping the front bumper off. It was atrocious to find and it looked dark and gloomy inside. Had to reverse up the ramp to get out and never used the ticket for more than 15 mins. Would really opt for a refund.
