Easy to book a space. Safe and secure carpark

Car park is safe and secure I left my car here for over 24hrs and not a scratch on it

Clear instruction on how to get there, enter and leave....both on foot and by vehicle.

The car park is simply not suitable for anything other than small cars. I had to make some ridiculous manoeuvres to get into a space and was unable to drive out of the car park forwards. Once I'd negotiated the multiple concrete pillars I had to reverse out of the car park back up the ramp to exit because the corner was too tight for my car. If the car park had been more heavily occupied, both getting in and out would've been impossible. The only upside was that my car was still there in the morning and it's fairly central location. I would not recommend this space

Unfit for parking. Corners are not navigable without having to do multiple turns. Watched other cars struggling and having to be guided out. Car bottomed out on ramps going up (standard hatchback, empty boot)

Car park was easy to find and very secure, reasonably priced as it was right in the city center. My only issue was I have quiet a large car and the lower basement level was very narrow making manouvering around very tricky, good job it was very empty or I dont think I would have managed it.

Could hardly get round the car park due to the tightness of the car park with so many columns. If the car park was full I would not have been able to get round corners as I had to reverse and go into car park spots to move around the car park.

Unfortunately the space is very misleading. Just park signs everywhere so you assume you are in the correct space then get. £60 fine because it belongs to another company. I won’t be using this parking area again.

The location was good for what we needed. It's a roller shutter with a code to enter that takes you into a two level underground car park. You have to park on the bottom floor as the other is for residents. The car park is really tight. You can't just drive in and out without having to manoeuvre to avoid hitting pillars or other parked cars. The bays need to be marked out better to ensure cars park further back to allow more room for driving round. Parking at night there was rats running around as there's big biffa bins stored for the accommodation above the car park.

The car park was very awkward to negotiate with too many pillars, our car is fairly long and caught the front on the ground going down the slope. Don't go there if you have anything bigger than a smart car!
