Instructions not obvious, got a parking ticket despite paying. Spaces small, code to enter building wrong. Do not park here or use Just Park

Easy to find and secure parking

The Q car park I usually use was full so I decided to give this a go as it was the next closest to the theatre. This space should absolutely not be used, it’s not fit for purpose. I’m an excellent driver with a medium sized car and navigating around the space was impossible without many 3 point/5 point turns. How this is thought to be acceptable for paid parking is beyond me.

The parking lot is hard to find, there are many pillars in the parking lot, and it is completely inconvenient to park. I will not choose this place again.

Avoid AT ALL COST Poor and confusing signage meant that we parked the car on the basement level not the lower basement. I received a parking fine which I have refused to pay. The parking company have sent this to the small claims court where I am prepared to argue that the signage is both confusing and poorly placed.

difficult to navigate around parking-quite tight but then massive spaces, door open code didn't work, door open button in the app didn't work.

Arrived at the carpark but the entry code did not work. We were not the only people having this problem. Due to our arrival time your help seat was not operating, thankfully people were coming out and we managed to get in. I had to call customer support to get a new access code once you were open. Also the car park was very difficult to manoeuvre around and extremely tight in places.
