Just park its self was easy to use and directions were perfect . Although the car park was far to small. I have a kia ceed and was nearly in possible. Please be aware if you have a 4x4 ie range or something

Easy to use and easy to find a suitable car spot close to where I was heading for the day. The rate was about half that of the criminals at NCP and my parking was available until 11pm, even though I only needed it until about 6pm (in the end I decided to hang around and have dinner, so that was a bonus).
The car park itself was VERY tight and hard to navigate - luckily I had a small car so it was doable. Anyone in a SUV would have been scraping the walls!

The booking process was efficient with excellent instructions on finding and entering the car park. There were plenty of spaces available, but the spaces themselves were very difficult to access in all but the smallest family cars due to structure of the building. Very tight cornering especially to the exit ramp and steep walking required to exit the carpark once parked.

The car park was extremely tight. My car is a standard estate size/height and really struggled to get it round the tight turns. It also caught the underside of the car both on the down ramp getting in/out of the car park, and also the ramp getting and out of the basement.

Great car park and clear instructions to enter, but really only suited for miniture vehicles like a smart car (i struggled in a hatchback). It takes long to park an manoeuvre around all of the beams, really tight corners, and that was with barely any cars there. Luckily, I had someone to direct me into the space, but I can imagine this would be difficult for someone on their own.

I would advise the ramp depth to go back up fro. The basement took some manoeuvring!
Spaces were tight as we're the driving space. If the car park had been full I would not have been able to get my car out!

Tucked away in the centre of manchester this underground car park is ideal. You do need to know the width of your car though, its a tight squeeze, but great.
