1 large space on a double driveway. On new private housing development, 10 - 15 mins walk Into city centre or Picadilly Train Station or Victoria Train station. If you don't fancy walking in the rain, then an Uber taxi costs me between £3-£4 to the city centre (dependent upon time and location)... Or walk 4 mins to Holt Town Tram Stop.
Additionally, the space is well located for traffic-free hassle to/from Etihad Stadium (4 min walk to Holt Town Tram stop or short 10-15 min walk to stadium). The Arena is also only 10-15 mins walk (in the opposite direction) as it’s next to Victoria Train station. Download the Metrolink App to see the tram network.
If you GOOGLE Jersey St Manchester, follow it to the very top, the house it there at the junction of Jersey St / Garforth Ave. The road does go straight thru even if your map shows a break or dead end in the road.

Really easy to get to from the main road. The set of houses feels very safe and the drive is nice and wide even for an SUV. It took us around 25 minutes to walk to Picadilly Gardens. Will definitely use again!

So easy! 18mins walk to City ground for concert. Handy access for M60, no traffic queues after concert. Would use again.

Excellent big space in a decent area just outside Manchester City centre, cost us £2.90 to get an Uber to the Northern Quarter. Easy access to and from motorway. Would definitely use again.

So easy. Ample size space as well. Thank you so much for providing this service. I would say the walk is 25 mins rather than 10 to 15, but no problem for able bodied people.

Excellent parking. Easy to find and it took us 15mins to walk to Etihad - a direct route fairly level. Straight forward to get back onto ring road and M6 motorwa. Will use again and recommend

Used this space for the Ed Sheeran concert at Etihad Stadium..
We walked into Manchester before the concert which was only 20 mins and then after the concert the walk back to the car was again only 20 mins.
This space is perfect if you want a trip to either the Etihad or central Manchester
