Very convenient and safe for the Etihad stadium. Gate space is narrow so 4x4 and larger vehicles will need to squeeze through carefully!

EV charger worked perfectly. Great Comms from the owner. Tight gate so wider cars might be challenging to park (I have an e208 and had a few cm spare either side)

Excellent communications from parking owner, felt comfortable leaving car on gated driveway, even has charging point if you have an electric vehicle. Will be using for every game I attend at Etihad. Thanks again Ryan!

There was lots of good communication before my travel and when I got there they helped me back my car in and was very helpful and polite.
I would definitely use this space again and will be recommending it to anyone going to Etihad Stadium.
