My booking was for 12h. Price was the same as 24h. App did not recognised my booking. On the website i had no option to extend my booking by 2h. Messaged service desk to extend it and they emailed after said i have to pay for the 2h difference, although price was covering up to 24h. They were trying to charge me the same price for 2h as for 12h. Ended up going directly to the car park and using paybyphone which also ended up £1 cheaper for 24h

Left my car for 3 days and came back to it exactly how I left it. Only 4 stars as it isn't the most secure and people could easily get to the cars and break in if the wanted but thankfully didn't!
