Hi. We are at the bottom of the popular Vinters Park development, in a quiet Close, with an off road, brick blocked driveway parking space available seven days a week, on a flat, diagonal space allowing extra width and length for the parker.
We are have good commuter links to Bus routes, within walking distanceof of Maidstone East and Maidstone West and Maidstone Barracks stations.
We are below Junction 7, off the M20 motorway, so easy access to connections for motorway routes.
Maidstone town centre is a busy, bustling town, with Shopping Centres, Hairdressers, Barbers, Coffee Houses, pubs, bars, restaurants, individual retailers, and all the large main High Street retail chains,.
There is also have a Cinema, Bowling, Auction House, and beautiful riverside walks,band boat rides to Allington Lock and The Malta Inn to name a few!
On the drive down from Junction 7, you will also find Norcutts Garden Centre, two public houses which do fabulous meals, a Next Shopping outlet, Hilton Hotel, with it's own Gym, Swimming Pool and Function and Corporate Business rooms, We love living in Vinters Park, as it's quiet Close, situated above the Town Centre, but within easy reach, everything you will need is to hand within walking distance.
As an example : Maidstone East Station is a 15 / 20 minute walk, cutting through residential roads, this avoids the town centre, alternatively if you wish to go through the town centre, there are many additional routes, on foot, which will give you more access to other facilities on route. Mote Park is a 15/20 minute slow walk in the other direction. Ideal safe and economical, quiet off road residential parking for the many and varied events at Mote Park including The Rambling Man Festival.
