Perfect place to easy and too close to high street

Good park but in rain many points make a pool of water due to uneven surface making walking hard.

It is very hard to contact a customer representative when things go wrong. I paid with the newly downloaded app and was led to believe I paid for the bad parking place. I have also paid at the physical machine on-site to ensure I do not get a parking charge notice. When I tried to call, the number left on the board did not function. I have emailed you, but I received back an email with an AI nonsense response that did not resolve my issue. I need to ring the back now for a refund

£6.50 for 4 hours is a rip off.

Got a parking ticket, contesting it.

First time using this location to park. Bit of a pain that the pay machine was out of order so had to rely on unstable wifi signal to download the app, register the details of my car and then mess about paying. If i was first time parking elsewhere under this circumstance I would go somewhere else. Now i have the app and an account, should be quicker next time.

The payment machine wasn't working and it's hassle to have to make a call as it takes a long time
