There was another car parked in the space I booked. It wasn't easy to reach the owner, their mobile number went on voice mail and responded to my message more than 20 minutes later only to tell me to go and find the space. I ended up being late and paid lots on parking. I wouldn't recommend this space.

Excellent safe place to park although it was nearer 30 minutes to get to the football ground.
