Great app to park with however I had to end my parking early due to a cancelled flight. Customer service is abysmal. The telephone IVR loops you to its chat service and the chat service is a bot not fit for purpose.
This was my command. Need to finish parking early. The bot kept thinking I’d received a parking fine and would only give me two options to proceed. Neither were relevant. After 30 minutes I gave up meaning I couldn’t inform them I was leaving the space early and thus giving the parking operator the opportunity to free up the space again.
Great product and the execution worked well but not worth it when they make themselves so evasive in the event of a problem/question.
