I parked in agreed time and space and I received a PCN parking fine. I had to appeal and this Appeal for rejected - the reason is that I paid to just park and not to parking at my space? even though just park is selling and advertising this parking on their website.
Just park told me to pay the fine, however I could not even pay the fine as the PCN was not recognised on the website.
No Email or telephone address available on the website.
This is a huge fraud. I will be taking a legal action.

AVOID!! Awful car park. No guaranteed spaces even though you book and they don't warn you of this. Would not recommend at all. Huge risk of missing flight and/or having to go into another car park last minute and pay top rates.
Hotel are completely uninterested in helping. Just shrug shoulders and say they will refund.
Will never use again.

Great spot for parking in terms of access to the airport. However when we returned to the vehicle we were blocked in by another car and this was frustrating as had to locate the owner of this vehicle to be able to leave the car park.

It seems more spaces are sold than available. Some parking spaces were reserved for "staff". If you choose this car park give yourself plenty of time as you may need to ask help to find a place where you can leave your car.
