Parking on Woodfield Road, W5

I arrived and drove unhindered at the car park behind Stanley Court - Where I had been informed the parking space would be, "space 13". I was also advised to use an access code "29A", to gain entry through a security gate before reaching the parking area. I liked the idea of an additional security gate. However, on arrival, I could not identify space 13 because the identifying numbers on either the back wall or in the space area, where the numbers were illegible, and there was no rhyme or reason in the actual layout numbering of the spaces; for example, space 8 next to space 19, so it was impossible to count around to find logically where space 13 could have been! I made a call to the renter after a 10mins search. There was no answer. A gentleman was working on a bicycle at the rear end of space 19 against the back fence. I mentioned to him that I was looking for the access security gate and space 13, his name was Sam and he offered that I could park on his space 19 because his car was away until the weekend for it's MOT. To the access gate location, he looked puzzled and said there is no access gate anywhere and he laughed when I said 29A. Further when I said space 13 was a "paid for" space, he looked astounded and gazed around and he confided there is no logical order employed with marking spaces. Away from the site, an hour or so later, the renter called me to ask if I had any issues, I told her I couldn't find any security access gate, nor space 13. She said well park either side of the rubbish / builder's skip - which was located fully filling the middle space of an isolated block of three spaces in the middle of a block of three spaces! I kept my council and thanked her for retuning my call. This was because there would be no way I would park so close to a skip filled and overflowing with all manner of rubbish, which could have fallen on to my car if parked either side of the skip.. How could I have contacted the owner of an anonymous skip? How could I contact the owner for compensation to cover costs any repairs to my car which may have needed? As I was rushing to walk to my daughter's Wedding Ceremony, nearly 1km away, if then Sam had not been with his kind offer, I wouldn't have been there in time to walk my daughter down the aisle! Tragedy averted thanks to Sam!
