I arrived at the correct time and could not fit my car on the space because of two cars parked making it too tight. I wasnt about to knock on the door so ended up having to get a permit to park on the road, only to then see one of the cars drive off the forecourt, which then allowed me space to park there. So my experience not good. Owner should have allowed space before I arrived.
