Westferry Circus Car Park

Once in the car park there were ample spaces of a good size and it felt safe and secure. Our problem was finding the entrance in the first place - then finding the location again on foot to get to our car! Signage could be greatly improved. If you don't know the area, the various levels are confusing. The ANPR did not recognise us on arrival despite our purchasing 24 hours at Westferry Circus beforehand. There was no one to help so we had to take a ticket to get in. ANPR didn't recognise our plate on the way out either but we pressed the call button and an attendant kindly took our plate number and let us out. Also on 16th after arrival I phoned the advertised Westferry Circus customer service number and got through to a private number! I left a message and was later informed that this private individual receives many calls from people about parking - this really needs sorting out! Despite all these hitches it worked out ok in the end and the cost was reasonable.

I had prebooked and I would have been in big trouble as the number plate recognition on entry didnt work on entry. On exit I couldnt get out but the lady who answered the help call sorted it out quickly and efficiently.

Did exactly what it was supposed to do. No hassle, easy in and out parking just where we wanted in Canary Wharf.

Super easy to book, great price and good size parking spaces.

Just park instructions did not work, the gate did not open and I've had to get a normal ticket which now means I paid double parking for using just park. Very poor experience.

excellent car park, easy to find and very bright and safe and very reasonable for its location , I would use this again when I'm driving to London

Paid twice as my Vehicle was not recognised.

Very difficult to find the entrance, and also difficult to find the entrance to the stairway to get back in.

The car park barrier exit is quite narrow, I ended up rashing my tesla front while with a concrete kerb while existing.

Easy and lots of space convenient to CW
