We had booked to get there at 10:30, however the owner was not available until 11:15 due to taking her daughter to a class. Despite me messaging the night before to confirm my arrival time, and her asking to change it, which I said no to, as I had plans in London to get to...she went anyway. I felt it was fairly rude.
I understand that children need to go to Saturday classes sometimes, however I do feel you should not rent out a car parking space if you have places you need to be.
Furthermore, when returning to the car the owner did not pick up her phone. After phoning several times I finally managed to get through to her daughter - who informed me she had gone shopping without her mobile. Again, if you know there is a chance the people who are renting from you are going to phone then it would have been wiser to keep your mobile with you. When returning to the car it was just by pure chance we bumped into her.
I felt it was unorganised and frustrating.
